Alec McDougall is president and partner of Ecowaste Systems LP. He has experience in a variety of railway, roadway, and land development projects with structural, utility installation and relocation, and land stabilization elements. His professional career includes positions with municipal administrations, industry, and consulting. Alec provides specialized expertise in the area of project management, with emphasis on transportation, land development, and waste management. He has also provided specialist advisory services for international projects, value for money audits, land development, solid waste collection and disposal, and mobile mechanical equipment management
