CMLC is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors appointed by The City of Calgary. The diversity and depth of knowledge that our Board members bring to our organization have been instrumental in our achievements and success.
Lyle Edwards is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved in a number of business ventures. He is formerly President of Highfield Corporation Ltd., a real estate development company that had assets of $500,000,000. He is the founder, developer, and owner of Cottonwood Golf and Country Club. He continues to be involved in several real estate ventures, and is actively involved in a number of community organizations.
