Kondwani (Ko) is responsible for the daily accounting, job cost analysis and management reporting. Trained with Ernst and Young Chartered Accountants, he managed the accounting, audit and administrative functions of a software development company. He developed and implemented business processes and controls that ensured the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the organization. Ko has several years of experience in the development industry having worked with Assured Developments as a senior accountant and, most recently, with Pointe of View Developments, where he worked on a substantial U.S. project and was ultimately responsible for all the job cost analysis and financial and joint venture reporting functions of the U.S. division. Ko's positive attitude, diligence and attention to detail have proven key for CMLC.
