Neil is a Development Manager responsible for several CMLC projects including the RiverWalk and 4th Street Underpass.
Prior to attending university, Neil took a summer job at IMC Consulting (now Stantec Consulting) as a surveyor’s assistant and credits this experience with getting him ‘hooked’ on the development industry.
Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Neil took a full time position with a Calgary-based homebuilder as an estimator. After four years, he recognized additional analytical skills would permit him the opportunity to advance within the industry so he returned to university to complete his MBA. Upon completion, Neil spent the next four years managing suburban development projects, taking them from concept to completion.
Since starting with CMLC in 2009, Neil is quickly adapting to brownfield development and is looking forward to being part of a truly great project.
