Created by Calgary City Council, the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation—CMLC—was incorporated in the spring of 2007 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Calgary. CMLC's mandate is to implement and execute the Rivers District Community Revitalization Plan, a public infrastructure program approved by the City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta to kick-start Calgary's urban renewal. A lot of faith was put into our organization when we were given this task, and we're more than up to the job.

We believe in the project: the Rivers District Revitalization Plan provides the city, the province, and the country with an excellent asset, and helps ensure that Calgary is among the best places in the world to live, work, and visit.
