Chris Ollenberger, P. Eng., President & CEO
Chris is responsible for the operations of CMLC. A Professional Engineer (Civil) registered in Alberta and British Columbia, Chris has extensive experience in the development industry. Born and raised in Calgary, Chris started his career as a geotechnical engineer with Jacques Whitford and has been responsible for hundreds of geotechnical and environmental assessments throughout Western Canada. With Hopewell Residential Communities, Chris changed his career direction to a focus on community development and worked on communities such as Elbow Valley, Hanson's Ranch, and Tanglewood. Most recently, Chris was President of Three Sisters Mountain Village, leading the development of one of Western Canada's premier resort communities in the challenging regulatory environment of the Rockies, with its interlinked municipal, provincial, and federal government interests. Chris' experience, energy, and passion will lead CMLC and its team into the future.
