Neil Mackimmie, MBA, Development Manager
Neil MacKimmie is a Development Manager with CMLC and is responsible for the RiverWalk project.
Prior to attending university, Neil took a summer job at IMC Consulting (now Stantec Consulting) as a surveyor’s assistant and credits this experience with getting him ‘hooked’ on the development industry
Upon completion of his under graduate degree, Neil took full time position with a Calgary based homebuilder as an Estimator. After four years, he recognized additional analytical skills would permit him the opportunity to advance within the industry so, he returned to university to complete his MBA. Upon completion, Neil spent the next four years managing suburban development projects, taking them from concept to completion.
Neil is a proud native Calgarian and so when the opportunity presented itself to join CMLC, to be a part of a legacy project, Neil jumped at it. Since starting in spring 2009, Neil is quickly adapting to brownfield development and is looking forward to being part of a truly great project.
