In August 2012, CMLC will be commencing streetscape construction along 7th Avenue SE & 5th Street SE. The construction is part of ongoing infrastructure upgrades within East Village and includes flood-proofing of 7th Avenue SE, pedestrian streetscape enhancements and underground utility work.
