Archaeological Remediation of Calgary's East Village

CMLC is currently working with Lifeways of Canada Limited on several comprehensive Historical Resources Impact Assessments for East Village. Being the site of Calgary's birthplace as a city, we want to ensure that any elements of our past that may be present in the area are documented for future study so that we may better understand the evolution of our great city. Fieldwork has been ongoing since late 2007, and we have found a few interesting artifacts that we are showing on this page to give some insight into the types of artifacts, which you can see on this page.
