With an estimated value of $325 million, Evolution will comprise of approximately 730,000 square feet of mixed-use development including 600+ residential units.
Embassy BOSA is also delivering "Arris" - a two-phase multi-family project. The first of the project’s two phases will include a ‘retail podium’ with approximately 188,000 sq ft of retail space and a 40-storey residential tower. Phase 2 will see the addition of a second, 23-storey residential tower.
Evolution - FUSE
The first new mixed-use project in the newly revitalized East Village, Embassy BOSA’s FUSE broke ground in September 2012 and welcomed its first new residents in September 2015.
Evolution - PULSE
Construction of Evolution’s second phase, PULSE, began in spring 2013. After its completion in 2016, PULSE towers 33 storeys above the Calgary skyline and the river’s edge, beckoning Calgarians to embrace a new standard of inner-city living in Calgary. Pulse has a limited selection of units remaining. evolutioncalgary.com
