Populous – Michael Lockwood
As design director of Populous’ convention centre practice, Michael has delivered award-winning work in the heart of America (San Antonio’s convention centre expansion and renovation) and one of the busiest public spaces in all of Australia (ICC Sydney). Each is notable for its integration of complex facility planning into the urban environment to improve the customer and destination experience.

Resonance Consultancy Ltd. – Chris Fair
A futurist, marketing strategist and facilitator, Chris holds a Masters degree in Studies of the Future and has married his marketing expertise with futures methodologies to help a wide variety of clients envision and create development strategies, plans and brands that shape the future of places around the world. As President of Resonance, Chris leads a team that has completed more than 100 visioning, strategy, planning and branding projects for destinations, cities and developers in more than 20 countries.


CMLC – Kelly Coles
As CMLC’s Vice President of Design & Construction, Kelly is leading the delivery of the master plan vision for East Village and The Culture + Entertainment District through her oversight of the development management on key city-building infrastructure projects, including BMO Centre Expansion, 17th Avenue SE Extension/Stampede Crossing and Arts Commons Transformation.
