CMLC reports to the City twice a year through our AGM and annual Business Plan and Shareholder meeting. In partnership in the delivery of major city-building projects, CMLC is currently collaborating with the City and our project partners in the delivery and oversight of the Arts Commons Transformation (ACT), Olympic Plaza Transformation (OPT), BMO Centre expansion and other major projects underway.
We build communities by building relationships. We liaise, consult, cooperate and engage.
We foster relationships with the country’s largest commercial landlord, smallest arts collective and everyone in between. Our unique working relationships allow us to pursue complex, often challenging projects and see them through to completion as envisioned. And as promised.
We learned that when our partners succeed, so do we.
