Situated on Confluence Way at 5th Street SE across from the historic Simmons Building, FIRST – FRAM + Slokker’s premiere development in East Village – broke ground in February 2013, signalling the start of construction on the 18-storey tower with 196 condominium homes.

Sales for FIRST began in March 2012, and the project is now sold out. On August 31st, 2015, FIRST welcomed the first new resident to East Village.

FRAM + Slokker’s second East Village project, Verve, is now fully sold.

Verve is located near The Confluence Historic Site & Parkland on the block bounded by 5th and 6th Streets SE and 6th and 7th Avenues SE.

Slokker Homes is returning to East Village with Vibe, a 13-storey mixed-use project that will bring 218 new homes and 1,100 square metres of street-oriented commercial space to one of the neighbourhood’s most sought-after sites. Located on the highly desirable Q Lot—and neighbouring Slokker’s successful Verve project—Vibe will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of East Village’s evolution.
