An arts place for all.

As development manager for both Werklund Centre Transformation (formerly Arts Commons Transformation) and Olympic Plaza Transformation, CMLC works closely with the team at Werklund Centre to deliver the integrated transformation of their cultural campus.

CMLC is responsible for stewarding the design and construction of both spaces, to create a vibrant, accessible, safe, and welcoming campus for all to gather, celebrate cultural identities, and enrich lives – both inside the venues and outside on historic Olympic Plaza.
