CMLC announces experienced Alberta-based developer ONE Properties as newest development partner to join East Village
CMLC is pleased to welcome ONE Properties as East Village’s newest development partner. Two new mixed-use towers will complete Q Block on the neighbourhood’s east side, representing an approximate private investment value of $250M to the community.
Minto Communities Canada announced as the newest residential development partner for East Village’s signature riverfront site
CMLC is pleased to welcome Minto Communities as the most recent development partner to join East Village. Located on the last riverfront property in East Village, this new residential project will contribute approximately 100 new residential units in an almost 100,000-square-foot building.
As champion of the East Village Master Plan vision, we are excited to launch a design competition for new, permanent public washrooms in East Village.
